Arc'em EV Golf Cart Dealer, Repairs, and Accessories - Terms and Conditions

**1. Agreement Acceptance:**

By engaging in any transaction, including but not limited to purchasing, repairing, or acquiring accessories from Arc'em EV, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and Arc'em EV.

**2. Products and Services:**

Arc'em EV specializes in the sale of golf carts, repair services, and accessories. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we reserve the right to modify product specifications, prices, and services at our discretion.

**3. Orders and Payments:**

Placing an order signifies your intent to purchase a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by Arc'em EV. Payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services are rendered. Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

**4. Warranty and Repairs:**

Arc'em EV warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty periods may vary, and terms and conditions are outlined in the product-specific warranty documentation. Repairs are subject to evaluation, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

**5. Returns and Refunds:**

Customers may return products within a specified period, subject to Arc'em EV's return policy. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees. Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for returns.

**6. Limitation of Liability:**

Arc'em EV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
